orangeprizeproject

The Orange Prize for Fiction is awarded to the woman who, in the opinion of the judges, has written the best, eligible full-length novel in English.

The Orange Broadband Award for New Writers is open to all first works of fiction written by women of any age or nationality and published in the UK between 1 April of the year before the prize is awarded and 31 March of the year in which the prize is awarded.

Orange Prize Official Page HERE.

This will be an on-going reading project for me, to try and read as many as possible, the books nominated for the Orange Prize. List will be updated as the years progress. Books I’ve read will be orange-d.

  1. I personally loved Fingersmith by Sarah Waters, and also Tipping the Velvet. :) Fast-paced and thrilling. :)
Could I probably copy this list? I want to check out some of the books here too!
    Thanks in advance!

    • I haven’t read any of Sarah Waters yet, but for some weird reason, I already love her. *sheepish grin*. And sure, copy away! =)
